About Warwick Grove

Warwick Grove is a 55 and older community, proudly part of the Village of Warwick, NY. Located in the scenic Hudson Valley, the development is comprised of 154 single family houses, 3 condominium buildings with 10 units each, and 31 town houses. The traditional housing style and layout of the community are charming and pedestrian friendly. The neighborhood is reminiscent of those found in small towns that many of the residents grew up in or wished they had. While there are no commercial establishments on-site, the commercial area of the Village is a short walk away and an even shorter drive.

The large, multi-room Neighborhood Center provides space for resident activities – fitness, games, cards, hobbies, etc. – as well as clubs, committees, and formal/informal gatherings. Adjacent to the Neighborhood Center is an outdoor pool, staffed by certified life guards when open – Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The HOA employs an experienced Activities Director who co-ordinates the multiple activities and interests of the residents, as well as providing opportunities for off-site trips and adventures.

The HOA Board is comprised of seven elected members – a balanced mix between single family homeowner representatives and condo/townhouse homeowner representatives. Working and coordinating with the HOA Board, is the Condo/Townhouse Board which has five members. Both boards work together to assure that the needs of all are met. The Board contracts with Westchester Property Management Group to manage operational issues and tasks. On-site staff provide routine, scheduled maintenance as well as repair requests from condo and townhouse homeowners.
